Editor Notes: The 1st three quarters of 2016 are now behind us, along with all the RED ink.  Sales for the first 10 months of 2016 were down by over 20%, followed by 3 consecutive months of increased sales (up 29%). This is a clear signal that the market is turning from a Buyers Market into a Sellers Market. Prices have been relatively flat over the last 18 months due to the soft volumes. Is this new trend another Trump Factor - probably not, as recent purchases are the result of pent up demand. When the "good" inventory on the market is absorbed over the next 3 months, prices will certainly rebound. Act Now -   There are buying opportunities in all market segments.
