Editor Notes: Sales volumes for 2017 remained relatively flat as pricing stablized. Several strong quarters early in the year, followed by 6 months of some RED ink but the overall sales for 2017 showed a minor decrease of 3% ($635MM in sales, 988 Properties). Sales for January 2018 are off to a slow start with sales volumes down 22% compared to the prior year. There are still some great buying opportunities in most segments of the market. It's a great time to purchase.
