This internet site is designed as an informational resource for the Falling Waters Beach Resort complex. Falling Waters Beach Resort is located near the intersection of Rte 41 and Rte 951 in Naples, Florida. It is convenient to both Marco Island (10 minutes) and 5th Avenue in downtown Naples (15 minutes). All of the units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath with over 1,300 square feet under air, a large lanai, and a detached one car garage. The primary difference between the 2nd floor units and the first floor are the vaulted ceilings and wider views obtained from the 2nd floor residences. The only downside on the 2nd floor units is the additional stairs (no elevators).
Falling Waters Beach Resort is one of my favorite communities (I am a full time resident in Falling Waters Beach Resort). Cascading waterfalls at the entrance, a 600 foot lazy river pool, large clubhouse with a dance floor, library, big screen TV and kitchen, spectacular water views from each unit with towering fountains, brick paver walkways & parking areas, and a proposed shuffleboard court, tennis center, bocce ball court, and lap pool (estimated completion of the additional amenities is 2003)
