Marco Island Rental Ordinance

In May of 2015 The City Council of Marco Island passed a new rental ordinance requiring all rental property owners to register with the City. The community appears deeply divided on the issue. We are emailing our MarcoIslandRealEstate.com database (10,000 subscribers) on June 4th for a straw vote, and we will publish the results on June 15th. 

The Council Vote was 4 to 3

    4 in Favor: Batte (term expires 2018) , Honecker (2016) , Patricca (2018) , Sacher (2016)

    3 Against: Brown (2018) , Honig (2016) , Rios (2018)
