1)) A copy of a check in the amount of $1,000 that should be made payable to the Escrow Account of the Attorney that you would like to handle the transaction. There are several good Attorneys here on Marco island that I can recommend including: Jamie Gruesel, Ron Webster, & Bill Morris.

2) A copy of a pre-qualification letter from a mortgage company (this can be done over the phone), or if a cash purchase then proof of funds to close.
